Meet the Founder
Hey, I’m Rachel — and I’m truly grateful you're here.
My journey in fitness has never been a straight line. I spent nearly two decades building and selling two studios, pouring my heart into helping people feel strong, capable, and connected to themselves.
And then… I walked away.
Not because I didn’t love it anymore, but because life handed me a season I didn’t expect — the kind that forces you to pause, rethink everything, and choose yourself in ways you never have before.
Right in the middle of that chapter, I broke my leg sliding into third base — a moment that pulled me completely out of my routine, my structure, and honestly… my identity. Losing movement felt like losing a piece of myself.
Healing became my full-time job.
Patience became my practice.
And slowly, I realized I wasn’t meant to go back to who I was — I was meant to rebuild differently.
Movement became gentler, more intentional, more about my nervous system than my reps.
Breathwork grounded me. Mindset work helped me hear the truth beneath the noise. And that’s where the Rachel Tinelle Method was born.

The Method is the heart of Rachel Tinelle Method. This 60-minute class blends low-impact strength training, Pilates-inspired movement, yoga flow, balance work, breathwork, and mindset coaching into one powerful experience.

The Reset

Power 45 is our fast-paced, 45-minute class designed to maximize your time without sacrificing results. Expect intentional strength training, low-impact cardio bursts, core work, and powerful movement patterns that leave you feeling energized and accomplished.
This class brings the intensity while remaining approachable for all levels. You'll move with purpose, challenge yourself, and walk out feeling empowered.

The Reset is a gentle yet powerful 45-minute experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and create space to breathe.
Through mindful movement, mobility work, gentle strength, stretching, breathwork, and reflection, you'll release tension and leave feeling grounded, restored, and refreshed. This class reminds you that sometimes the most productive thing you can do is slow down.
